Learn the terms used for the different components of fans:
País (Body): the top part of the fan, which is joined to the ribs and is normally made of textile.
Varillas (Ribs): they make the fan rigid and stretch the textile. They are either painted or feature fretwork.
Cabeceras (1st and last Rib): this is the name used for the first and the final rib, which are larger and broader than the others.
Calado (Fretwork): the decorative fretwork or piercing in the ribs
