A book with the best flamenco photographs taken by the cinema director over the last 50 years of his career. Figures such as Camaron, Paco de Lucia, Lola Flores, Antonio Gades, Farruco, Cristina Hoyos, Laura del Sol and Matilde Coral are all featured in over a hundred black-and-white images, many of which have never previously been released. The book includes a prologue by Carlos Saura, in which he looks at his long personal relationship with flamenco, the anecdotes about his films that are related to this art form, and the aesthetic approach that he adopted and which became engraved in his photographs.

Fotografías espectaculares
Carlos Saura demuestra en este libro que no es solo un gran director de cine, sino también un gran fotografo. El flamenco le debe muchisimo a este artista.
