The third work by this young Catalan artist who has shown that you don't have to be Andalusian to sing flamenco, and that it is not a question of gypsy or non-gypsy singing, but rather of good singing and not so good singing. His singing falls within the former category. Poveda is faithful to traditional flamenco, as ever, and gives a mature review of forgotten styles of singing (cantes), and others that are very much in use. He shares a bulería with Luis El Zambo and is accompanied in this recording by Chicuelo, Moraíto, Montse Cortés and Joan Albert Amargós.
