A compilation record of flamenco guitar playing. It is the first instalment of a three-part collection that reviews the history of the flamenco guitar between the years 1930 and 1950. Sabicas, Melchor de Marchena, Diego del Gastor and Niño Ricardo, among several others, are just a few of the great guitarists who are featured in the collection.

This volume, which is the first of the collection and is dedicated to Granada, includes fandangos del Albaicín, granaínas, bulerías and soleás. The artists who can be heard are Antonio Albaicín, Vicente el Granaíno, Niño Ricardo, Juanito Serrano, Román el Granaíno, Diego del Gastor and Carlos Montoya.
