A tribute to Diego del Gastor and to the cross-breed character of flamenco. The guitar plays with the Cuban tres (a 3-course instrument with 6 or more strings used in Cuban popular music), and flamenco advances through new sounds. The guajira is played in a buleria style, the tangos sound like Compay Segundo, and there is even a zambra moruna. Furthermore, the sound of the feet of Pepe Torres dancing bulerias, seguiriya and solea are also included. It is a CD which has a great meter, in which singing is only featured on some of the songs.

Estupendo!
I have been a fan of Flamenco for 40 years, prowled the mountains of Southern Andalus and the gypsy haunts of Granada,and listened to a lot of fine music, but there is nothing quite like this!!! Brilliant and unusual. On a scale of 1 to 5 it is a 10!

el buen flamenco aderezado con aires cubanos, gracias a ese raul magnifico... que lleva sangre de arte, gracias, juan tacones...por tenerlo...y tu tb maribel....un abrazo...
un cd imprescindible que no puede faltar en toda buena discografia flamenca...
