Multi-system DVD, compatible with PAL and NTSC systems. Suitable for use in any country.
Languages: Spanish, English, French and Japanese.
Directed at beginners and intermediate level students alike, each volume includes everything that is required to learn the different flamenco palos (forms), with explanations that are concise and thorough, as well as useful practical tips.
In the DVDs, viewers will see how the artist executes the complete dance. Afterwards, they can observe the same dance with a full-body view and at the end, the dance is repeated with the images focusing exclusively on the feet. Every exercise is preceded by its explanation in four languages. In the CDs, listeners will first hear the development of the complete dance, and later they will hear fragments of it, to study the zapateados (stepping movements with the toe, sole and heel of the foot that produce a rhythmic combination of sounds) and the different parts of the dance. Afterwards, they will be able to practice the dance without hearing the sound of the feet, or even without any singing.
It includes a booklet in four languages, with a glossary of the terms that are used.

useless
Buy this DVD if you want to stand in front of your television like an idiot with DVD remove in hand so that you can rewind every two seconds to figure out what the "instructor" just did. There is no instruction whatsoever. The steps and body movements are not broken down step by step. There is no voiceover counting the time, nor is there any voiceover telling you when to tap your heel or toe. In fact, there is no voiceover at all other than to tell you the name of the dance the "instructor" is about to demonstrate. The "instructor" merely performs a series and then moves on to the next series. The portions of the DVD where the camera is focused on the feet or on the body movements is not set to music or even simply a compas. Completely useless if you actually want to learn how to dance.

I've never seen the video
I need to know in detail what it teaches. all these different opinions has be confused I wish they would put small clips online to see if I should go ahead and buy a product that has to be shipped ALL THE WAY FROM SPAIN to the USA.... I'm not going to purchase a DVD for 30 bucks and then pay 30 bucks to ship it from Spain without seeing a preview of what i'm getting.
Can anyone help me with getting a preview somewhere of this DVD set?? Misslatinsugar @ Yahoo is my e-mail thanks!

TERRIBLE
The information about this DVD is completely misleading. Not only is it ridiculously overpriced, but completely unhelpful in learning the steps. It's not even an instructional video! The dancer simply completed the steps very quickly with no instruction whatsoever. False advertising. Don't buy it under any circumstances unless you just want to watch a dancer for 15 minutes.

A disfrutarlo...
Me gusta mucho como esta armado, solo me gustaria que dure algo mas y que brindara algo mas de informacion sobre el baile.
