A book of musical scores that brings together 47 flamenco 'picados (technique used during the melodic guitar playing section, in which the same string is touched with the index and middle finger alternately, and produces an acute sound), many of which are used by guitarists of the standing of Paco de Lucía, Manolo Sanlúcar and Gerardo Núñez, among others. Both the musical scores and the tablature for the picados are provided.

Among other picados, this book contains explanations of ones that are used when playing bulerias, tientos, tangos, colombianas, rumba, guajiras, alegrías, verdiales, soelares, fandangos, tanguillos, granaína, tarantos and taranta. Moreover, it includes preparatory exercises to practice the playing of the strings, and exercises for both hands.
