The second solo album by Raimundo Amador, the main artist responsible for the cross-breeding of flamenco with other musical genres and the founder of two groups that were pioneers in this field: Veneno (1977) and Pata Negra (1981). With "En la Esquina de Las Vegas", Raimundo Amador reaffirms his flamenco-blues fusion, as he had done in his first solo album, Gerundina (1995).
