The first record by the artistic duo that was formed by Dolores Montoya and Manuel Molina in 1975. Recorded under the direction of the flamencologist Ricardo Pachón, this now legendary record falls within the framework of the origins of new flamenco, or flamenco fusion, in the 1970s.

The record includes songs that have become classics, like "Nuevo día" and "Bulerías del día". Another outstanding track is "Sangre gitana y mora", performed by Lole, with lyrics in Arabic.
