In 'Enseñanza y técnica' (Teaching and technique), viewers are presented with a trip around different dance schools: the first is Pepe Ríos' dance academy; then, Matilde Coral and El Negro talk about the different traditions in dancing: Granada, Madrid, Cádiz-Jerez and Seville; Antonio Gallardo focuses on Jerez dancing and the different traditions, depending on what form of singing they involve; we see alegrías being danced in Cristobal el Jerezano's dance school; Diego el de la Márgara dances bulerías; Manuel De Jesulito offers his opinion about dance schools, and different people who are related to the world of dancing later offer their own views on this subject. Finally, Rosario talks about dance workshops and performs a caña.
The second chapter focuses on Fernando Belmonte's Estudio de Danza de Jerez (Jerez Dance Workshop) and, after an interview, Belmonte shows us several of his pupils performing different oeuvres drawn from Spanish Dance and Flamenco. A large amount of the children who appear are great dance figures at present.
The third and final part continues the interview with Fernando Belmonte, after which the views of some students in the Estudio de Danza de Jerez are featured. To finish things off, a group of children dance a guajira that is sung by Mª José Santiago.
