One of the most difficult palos (forms) to perform, which becomes easier with the explanation provided by Adrián Galia. He doesn´t just focus on technique, he also looks in detail at how to manage to feel the music and perform it with duende (a sublime state of inspiration, almost an state of ecstasy, a trance that can be perceived by the public and that appears unexpectedly; professionals and enthusiasts consider it the ideal condition to perform flamenco). The soleá that Adrián Galia performs at the end of the video with his artistic group is a good example of how to do it.

 bailarina y confundida
hola soy camila y he bailado de los tres años de edad y me siento confundida devido que en este minuto me estan enseñando flamenco ,los pasos lo se , pero me confundo cuando veo bailar a mis compañeras ; he bailado de todo cumbia ,tango,flamenco,cueca,ballet ,etc pero mis compañeras de danzas no bailan bien y al moverse me confunden y empieso hacer cualquier paso de cumbia y hasta chacarera sin darme cuenta.

Great DVD!
All dancers can benefit from this DVD. The instructions are clear, and performed by both male and female dancers. The information is succinct in all languages, and dancers with a ballet background will find this maestro PARTICULARLY helpful and easy to understand. While the movement given is at the beginner level, it's never boring or "too easy". This whole series is fabulous!

Adrian Galia, hace Gala de un Gran EGO, pues cuando compramos este video, tenemos primero que ver donde nacio, donde bailo, con quien bailo, etc.. Luego nos explica como debemos hacer calentamiento despues da algunos pasos basicos que por ser hombre no siempre los podemos visualizar siendo este un baile preferido para bailarinas, finalmente baila EL, realmente es una perdidad de dinero y tiempo
