"Flamenco dancing" by Manuel Salado has become one of the flamenco dancing didactic methods that are most in demand. Both the beginner-medium and the advanced level contain, in each volume, everything that is necessary to learn the different flamenco palos (forms), with concise and detailed explanations, as well as practical tips.

Flamenco dancing. Beginner and medium level. 10 volumes
In the DVDs, we can see the artist executing the complete dance. We can subsequently view the same exercise with a full-body view and at the end, the dance is repeated with the images focusing exclusively on the feet. Each exercise is preceded by explanations in four languages.
In the CDs, we are able to hear the development of the entire dance, followed by fragments extracted to study the different zapateados (rhythmic combinations of sounds made by stepping with the toe, sole and heel of the foot) and the different parts of the dance. Afterwards, we will be able to practice the exercise, this time without the sound of the feet, and even without the singing.
It includes a booklet in four languages containing a glossary of the terms that are used.

An advanced-level didactic method for learning flamenco dancing that was thought up and directed by Manuel Salado. It is meant for all the bailaores (flamenco dancers) and students who have already attained a certain level, but wish to continue improving and perfecting their dancing.

It is made up of eleven volumes. Each of them features two flamenco palos (forms), except for the last one, which is exclusively devoted to sevillanas. Each volume is composed by a DVD and a CD. The DVD displays the entire dance, as well as a break-up of the dance into foot, arm and full-body movements. It also includes plenty of exercises using the feet, arms, body, fan, shawl, etc.

The CD also features the whole flamenco palo, as well as its broken up version, in order to allow students to learn the timing and meters, and to practice the dances.

It also includes a booklet in four languages with an ample glossary of the terms that are used in the DVD.
