The third instalment of “Pa saber de flamenco”, a compilation that is full of high-quality flamenco. This volume features a version of the Cádiz soleá of Enrique el Mellizo, two examples of music from the family of the cantiñas, some instrumental alegrías for which Manolo Sanlúcar is responsible and caracoles sung by Juanito Valderrama. It also includes other fundamental palos (flamenco forms) such as tangos, seguiriyas and the “ida y vuelta” styles.
Its most outstanding characteristic is the selection of songs by some of the most important flamenco artists ever: Camarón, Tomatito, Paco de Lucía, Carmen Linares, Mari Ángeles Fernández, La Paquera, Bambino, Antonio Mairena, Manolo Caracol and Terremoto, among others.
